Acceptance
By accessing or using TavaOne // Activate ("the app") at activate.tavaone.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who may use the app
The app is intended for licensed amateur radio operators. You must have a valid Google account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Use of the app
- The app is provided free of charge for amateur radio logging and field notes
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app without permission
- Do not abuse or attempt to overload the service
Your data
You retain ownership of all QSO logs, field notes, and data you enter into the app. We store your data securely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
Google Drive integration
The app may save files to your Google Drive with your permission. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from revoking access or disconnecting your Drive.
No warranty
The app is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Tava One, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the app as a supplement to, not a replacement for, your primary logging software.
Limitation of liability
Tava One, LLC shall not be liable for any loss of data, missed contacts, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
