Privacy Policy
Overview
TavaOne // Activate is a field logging tool for amateur radio operators. We take privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Data we collect
- Your Google account email address and display name — used only for authentication
- QSO logs you enter including callsigns, band, mode, RST, and notes
- Activation field notes including park reference, equipment, conditions, and narrative
- Your Google Drive access token — stored securely to enable file saving to your Drive
- App settings such as your callsign, default band and mode, and QRZ credentials
How we use your data
- To authenticate you and maintain your session
- To store your QSO logs and activation records in our secure database
- To save .adi and .md files to your personal Google Drive folder
- To look up callsign data via QRZ.com or HamDB on your request
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com) on secure, encrypted servers. Files are saved to your own Google Drive — we do not retain file copies. QRZ credentials are stored encrypted and never transmitted to third parties.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data

- We do not use your data for any purpose other than operating the app
- We do not display ads
